I can't get Call Assistant working with Cricket 😔

Call Assistant utilizes Conditional Call Forwarding (CCF) to receive your missed calls and connect you to our call management system.

To set up Call Assistant on Cricket Wireless: Press **004* followed by your Call Assistant Call forwarding number and # symbol. Note that you can locate your call forwarding number that you forward to in the email we sent when you installed Call Assistant.

Once you have dialed **004*{Call Forwarding number}# into your phone press "SEND" and wait for a confirmation tone or message.

For example, if your call forwarding number is 123-123-1234, the activation number you would be required to dial and call is:

**004*123-123-1234#

Select Verify Call Assistant from the Settings Menu afterwards to see if Call Assistant activates successfully.

Disable your phone's Wi-Fi Calling temporarily and enable mobile data while you activate Call Assistant. In addition we have also seen that toggling on/off airplane mode works well.
