How to Prepare to Uninstall

To prepare your phone to uninstall our application you first need to change the conditional call forwarding back your carrier.

At the login screen you have the "Return to Carrier Voicemail" button that will help you reset the voicemail back to the original number.

For authenticated users we have created a function within the app menu to "Prepare to Uninstall"

Press this function and it will dial the codes to return your phone to your carrier voicemail. Once this is done you will see a message on the main screen of our application that says "You have successfully prepared your phone to return to carrier voicemail.  You can now uninstall the application". This means that your phone has been returned to your carrier voice mail and you can now successfully uninstall the app.

To uninstall, close the app, then long press the app and hit the uninstall option seen below.
