Verizon - Manually Activate Call Assistant
1. Make sure to disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.
2. Please dial *71(Insert Assigned Number) and press the send button.
3. Once the call is active press the end button.
4. Please dial *90(Insert Assigned Number) and press the send button.
5. Once the call is active press the end button.
6. Please dial *92(Insert Assigned Number) and press the send button.
7. Once the call is active press the end button.
8. Now Press make a test call or go to Call Assistant - Settings - Verify Call Assistant

Okay, now lets try to setup call forwarding on the My Verizon App:
1. Go to the My Verizon Website.
2. You may have to Sign In
3. Select Devices
4. Find your number and select Manage Device
5. Select the Controls tab
6. Scroll all the way down to Call Forwarding and select Manage
7. Make sure to select your mobile number from the drop down menu.
8. Select Forward calls when my line is busy or there is no answer and Check Boxes When my line is busy and When there is no answer
9. Enter your (Assigned Number) in the Enter Phone Number field
10. Click Update Call Forwarding Status
11. Now Press make a test call or go to Call Assistant - Settings - Verify Call Assistant

It's not going to my voicemail and I am getting an error message
