Call Wheel Customization
Call Assistant's main functionality is the call wheel! This wheel boasts a host of features such as call screening, hold, and other buttons to make your life a little easier by providing call screening, hold options, and premade messages to indicate to the caller if you are busy or unable to answer the call. But did you know that these buttons were customizable? Let's show you how to do that!
1) First, click on the Call Assistant menu in the top left of the app.
2) Once in the Call Assistant menu, click on the settings option!
3) Now scroll down until you locate the calls section of the settings. Here is where you will find the option to customize the incoming call buttons!
And voila! Here is the page where you can edit each of the incoming call buttons to your liking.
Name: This setting will allow you to change the name of the button. For example, you can change the name of the eating button to "driving". This will allow you to easily read what button you are choosing and what response you are sending to the caller.
Message: This option will allow you to customize the message that is being sent to the incoming caller when selected. You are able to change it to an appropriate response that fits your needs. For example, you can change the message of the "eating" button to say," I am currently driving. I will give you a call back shortly."
Icon: The icon section includes a wide array of new symbols for you to customize to your liking. Check them all out and choose one that fits your preference! For example, you can change the icon of the "eating" button to one of the vehicle icons icons to indicate that you are selecting the drive button.
While customizing your buttons, be careful when and if you change the button action. The options are as follows:
Screen Call: Find out who caller is in real time with option to answer call.
Hold Call: Place Caller on hold followed by hold music.
Reply by audio: Create your own decline button with voicemail beep.
